Provide interpretation of HR policies, practices and procedures to all the Associates.
Provide training to associates on 'Charting'.
Ensure proper execution of all Projects, Project management and Teamwork.
Assist during projects, if necessary, and provide a general direction or recommendation.
Interpreting and advising on employment legislation; develop and implement policies on a variety of workplace issues e.g. disciplinary procedures, absence management, working conditions, performance management and equal opportunities.
Listening to grievances and implementing disciplinary procedures.
Respond in a timely manner to employee requests with the appropriate communication and information;
Advising on pay and other issues, including promotion and benefits; administer payroll and maintain staff records
Administer performance evaluation of all Associates.
Perform additional administrative duties as per necessity.
Ensure Recruitment & Selection processes are flawless -
c. Assessing candidates on whether they meet our requirements
d. Reference checks for candidates
e. Conduct Interviews and final Selection
