• Act as a customer's trusted point of contact to ensure that their technical queries,
problems or issues are dealt appropriately.
• Ensure that customer information is maintained accurately in the customer database
• Provide online support with proper enthusiasm.
• Should have capability to ensure quality customer service.
• Respond proactively with standard greetings.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints.

Full-time (10 am – 6 pm)
Graduated (CSE/BBA/ Honor's/ Masters) from reputed university, CSE (Evening students

• Must have experience on Microsoft Office applications (MS Word & MS Excel)
• Must skilled in Internet Browsing Knowledge
• Must have good interpersonal and communication skills both in written & spoken English.
