Job Description

Deal with recruitment process, leave management, attendance monitoring, salary and wages fixation, making salary & wages sheet using payroll software, pay slip, performance appraisal & organizational development. Monitor daily attendance and ensure proper maintenance / update leave record. Providing HR advice and support to line managers and employees, explaining procedures and policies in a timely effective manner.
Ensure that the grievances and disciplinary procedures are attended and initiated as per the law of the land. Advise unit Head on organizational policy matters. Serve a link between management & employees by handling questions, interpreting & administering contracts & helping resolve work-related problems.
To maintain area of jurisdiction by updating job requirements & job descriptions for all positions. Establish and co-ordinate performance appraisal system to foster employee's development and career growth. Administering the performance of management system.
Maintain records & compile statistical reports concerning personnel-related data, such as hires, transfers, performance appraisals & absenteeism rates. Entering data into the database or HR system for maintaining accurate records.
Conducts orientation programs for employee motivation in order to direct them towards the organizational goals.
Ensure efficient operation of Transport, Security, Safety, Hygiene & environment of the projects. Control and monitor day to day office affairs.
Asses the training according to the need of the Company.
Organize and coordinate training and motivational program and develop training material according to company policy.
Conducting exit interviews during employee terminations and resignations.
