Act as an effective liaison between workers and management
Listen to the problems of workers and counsel them to resolve.
Facilitate the awareness program on rules and regulation, compliance issues, health, safety and first aid etc.
Ensure the hygienic and healthy atmosphere in the workplace.
Keep official records on welfare management.
Collect employee grievances and solve them with utmost priority.
Ensure all welfare activities are driven according to Bangladesh labor law 2006, labor rules 2015 and Company's HR policy and procedures.
Others task assigned by the Management.
