Job Description

The Candidate will report to Managing Director and the Board of Directors. The Candidate is responsible for overall monitor and supervision of the Company. Direct the company in keeping with the vision outlined for the company by the Board of Directors Partner with high-level officers to grow the company, strengthen it and ensure its sustainability Represent the company as required, including attendance of important functions, industry events and public meetings Work closely with the CFO (Chief Financial Officer) to prepare annual budgets, complete risk analysis on potential investments, and advise the Board of Directors with regard to investment risk and return Closely Monitor, Accounts, Finance and Budgeting of the Factory. Work closely with Human Resources (HR) regarding hiring practices, payroll and benefit disbursement Oversee quality control throughout the company, establishing goals for each department in partnership with division managers The Candidate will execute the construction work as per instruction of the Management and follow up the construction work by coordination with site engineers. The Candidate is solely responsible for production and sales. Ensure following of Labor Laws, industrial safety, social compliance and human rights standards in the Project. Responsible for monitoring and guiding the factory security. Must have the leadership skills and must be able to work independently and coordinate efficiently with the relevant departments to get the job done. Should have excellent interpersonal skills to interact and perform in a multi-cultural work environment. Should be well conversant in leading a highly skilled team of professionals. Any other job assigned by the Management from time to time. Develop high-quality business strategies and plans Ensure strategy alignment with objectives Lead with an example and motivate subordinates Encourage employee engagement Train a high performing managerial team Oversee all operations and business activities Make high-quality investing decisions Enforce adherence to legal guidelines and in-house policies Ensure the company's complicity with legal and business ethics Review financial and non-financial reports Give advice for improvement and suggestions for solution Build trusting relations with key partners and stakeholders Maintain contact with important shareholders Train, motivate and lead others Analyze problematic situations and suggest solutions Keep abreast of the markets and industry trends
