· Be responsible for all HR and Administration related issues
· Work closely with Factory General Manager, local management team and Hong Kong Head Office and follow the Group strategies to implement various HR related projects
· Lead HR processes, programs and initiatives in talent acquisition, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, training and development, succession planning and organizational design
· Maintain good partnership with all departments within the organization
· Ensure high quality policies and procedures are in place for best HR practices
· Ensure all HR and Administration related process and procedures are constantly communicated and administered at all levels and also keep the Hong Kong management team informed
· Facilitate smooth administration and assist in mitigating grievance and conducting disciplinary procedures
· Maintain relationship and liaise with the governmental and non-governmental organizations; ensure to fulfill the legal requirements
· Support client visit or compliance audit
· Ad hoc projects as assigned
