Assist management / admin department to carry out all types of administrative matters for smooth functioning of administration.
Prepare, Update administrative Policy and ensure the effective implication of all administrative matters within the organization. Communicate through writings regarding company matters to different organization.
Maintain, Retain effective communication with all employees, arrange interviews, solve problems arise due to dissatisfaction.
Prepare, update the salary state for increment or any other compensation management.
Prepare Appointment letter, circulate various notice, instruction as deemed necessary.
Must be able to communicate in Bengali and English both oral and writings to respective authority.
Arrange presentation to represent company in various forums.
Prepare and update various policy related to administration and circulate accordingly.
Ensure all types security and secrecy aspect of company internal matters within the respective management.
Carry out performance evaluation of all the employees and suggest remuneration/punitive action against the employees.
Ensure strict control of the expenditure of all types of stationary.
Ensure access/ exit control of all the employees.
Report daily progress in soft copy/ hard copy to reporting designated person
Work independently and act accordingly in order to implements the company rules strictly
